1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Swadeshi mobile application (the App), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. Swadeshi Hind Party reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any such modifications.

2. Use of the App

Patriot Pulse is provided as a social awareness platform for civic engagement. You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate and complete information when engaging with the App
• Respect the rights and privacy of other users
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Not use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App

3. Community Post Rules

The community feature allows users to share thoughts, discuss local problems, and engage with respected local leaders. When posting content, you must:

• Ensure your posts are respectful and constructive
• Only share accurate information
• Respect the privacy of individuals mentioned in posts
• Not impersonate any person or organization
• Not post content that violates the rights of others

4. Campaign Participation Rules

When participating in campaigns such as Clean Ganga or other initiatives:

• Follow all guidelines provided for each campaign
• Participate responsibly and respectfully
• Report accurate participation data
• Not misrepresent your involvement or achievements

5. Quiz Participation

The quiz feature is designed for civic and political awareness education. Quiz content is for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all quiz content is current or completely accurate. Results and scores are for personal learning and are not affiliated with any official government examinations or certifications.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Swadeshi Hind Party and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission from us.

7. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on the App:

• Hate Speech: Content that promotes hatred or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
• Misinformation: False or misleading information, especially regarding political matters
• Violence: Content promoting or glorifying violence
• Harassment: Personal attacks, bullying, or intimidation
• Illegal Content: Content that promotes illegal activities
• Political Propaganda Against Constitution: Content that undermines the Indian Constitution or promotes anti-national activities

Users posting prohibited content may have their access to the App terminated without notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWADESHI HIND PARTY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, PAID BY YOU FOR ACCESSING THE APP.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
